i just got the CD for my MRI .. and it shows bulging of the disc (L4 - L5) from all the sides (left , right, front and back) , i haven't got the report yet, because it will take time.

i can't tell if its bulging or hernia ?! .. how can i tell ?

my second question is in worst case scenario .. how long it will take to get back, and how much percent of my back ability will i gain back ? .. i'm an athlete , and i left weights and run and swim

(i had spondololysis 4 years ago, and the alignment of the bones seem pretty good)

waiting for your answer .. thanx :)

Hi..

Let's say I am diagnosed with slipped disc and am asked to go for physiotherapy. After some months I began to feel better due to the regular exercise, will I be able to go back to activities like jogging?
