		<description>I like your idea for stretching.. but what if you are experiencing back pain? Should you not do anything? Obviously if you hurt you would not stretch that area... but is there anyway to stretch in order not to inflame or irritate some already existing conditions.

Most of the people you see who perform these stretches are &quot;in shape&quot; or at least well conditioned so how or what stretches can you do if you have one of these main conditions...
Example,
Low back pain... you could do some but maybe the &quot;baby&quot; is not one you should do...

Mid back pain or pain on either the right or left of the back:
Doing the spinal twist doesn&#039;t look like it would help someone who hurts in these areas. These are just my ideas....</description>
